Reputation X tracks the visibility of any negative or positive branded content by the number of people who see a given search, as well as the percentage of branded name space owned - usually on the first three pages of search results.

For local problems, we usually track at the metropolitan level but have the ability to track at a city (or national) level as well in most cases. We also track nationally and globally if it makes sense for the campaign. This means we track ranking in a specific location as well as provide screenshots of what search results look like in non-personalized results.
This enables clients to see how things have progressed over time, and see the actual results as others see them in various locations.
We track online reviews at the national and local levels. Different review platforms like Yelp, Google Reviews, TripAdvisor and others show up either in local areas, nationally or even globally. We track baseline reviews against the latest improvements.
In addition to timeline tracking, we provide screenshots monthly showing progress against the baseline snapshots taken at the beginning of the campaign.
This way our clients can see progress as if they were in the geographic location themselves.
